GENERAL ROLE

As a key member of the retail leadership team, the Store Manager promotes Hermès culture by achieving store excellence, nurturing talent, delivering memorable customer experiences, and ensuring seamless operations with an entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. The Store Manager of Padua reports to a Local Area Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Business and Sales Development

  • Define and implement commercial strategies to improve store performance and monitor KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the Retail Director and HQ to ensure effective communication and store development.
  • Manage buying strategies based on performance analysis, market trends, and customer feedback.

People Management and Development

  • Model Hermès values and culture, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
  • Develop team members, providing feedback and supporting their growth.
  • Communicate the brand's history and culture, fostering enthusiasm and engagement.
  • Implement recruitment strategies, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and organize development activities.

Customer Experience

  • Encourage the team to seek commercial opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop action plans to enhance customer experience and client portfolio.
  • Promote clienteling activities and a customer-centric culture.

Operations

  • Supervise stock management, safety compliance, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure accurate transactions and inventory control.

Compliance

  • Communicate procedures clearly and support internal audits.
