The Store Manager plays a key role in leading the store.

1. Ensures the achievement of commercial objectives and continuous KPI growth;
2. Manages costs and optimizes store profitability through the execution of sales strategies.

Staff Management:

1. Ensures optimal organization of personnel within the store;
2. Conducts staff recruitment in collaboration with the People department;
3. Develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group;
4. Maintains high customer service quality according to procedures;
5. Handles complaints professionally and effectively;
6. Ensures the store's overall presentation in collaboration with the merchandising team to improve profitability;
7. Communicates product launch guidelines to staff and ensures proper execution.

Logistics / Loss Prevention:

1. Manages merchandise inflows and outflows;
2. Participates actively in loss prevention and control in collaboration with the Profit Protection Manager;
3. Ensures daily cash operations are managed properly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience managing structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Leadership and strong relational and communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
