We are currently looking for a Store Manager in our Outlet Division, within our store in Matelica
Mission:
The Store Manager role has the mission to lead the store, drive the business, manage and motivate the team to reach sales goals.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure the achievement of store sales budget
Responsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all the Team and the Retail Departments to ensure that the day-to-day activities build into the long term plan
As a dynamic and inspiring leader, manage all activities to demonstrate an excellent client experience
Ensure that all merchandise is properly and attractively displayed as per visual guidelines
Align with Human Resources on company policies, procedures and development planning for store team
Ensure that warehouse procedures are carried out correctly
Requirements
Competence in the management and planning of the various store activities
Stock management methods and techniques
CRM procedures
