Position

We are looking for a STORE MANAGER for the ALCOTT store in LAMEZIA (C.C DUE MARI) .

We seek candidates with experience in structured fashion retail environments, good organizational skills, a natural predisposition for assisted sales and interpersonal relationships. Knowledge of English and familiarity with Microsoft Office are also required.

The successful candidate will embody the brand values of ALCOTT and be responsible for the store, setting an example in product knowledge and sales both to customers and staff.

Requirements

The role involves :

  • Managing the store and ensuring its commercial success by achieving sales targets and KPIs;
  • Selecting, training, and evaluating staff;
  • Organizing work shifts;
  • Managing store operations systematically and efficiently according to policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring KPIs to oversee store performance and meet quantitative and qualitative goals;
  • Working closely with support departments (Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, HR).
