• 18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory management. Strong training skills and team leadership, degree in management.
• Advanced analytics to maximize store’s profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process-oriented. Efficient decision-making skills. Understanding store’s needs and acting accordingly. Time management.
• Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach, and motivate team members to drive an excellent customer experience.
• Fluency in English. Good knowledge of MS Office and Power BI.

YOUR ACTIVITIES :

• Oversee and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment, and Inventory processes.
