American Vintage Officiel seeks a Store Manager for our Verona flagship on Corso Portoni Borsari. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You will analyze KPIs, manage back-office tasks, and mentor a motivated team while upholding our brand values. Fluency in Italian and English is required; weekend availability is expected. AMV Outfit uniforms are provided along with ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in administrative tasks related to the store and headquarters (recruitment, human resources, cash register management, bank deposits, etc.).
• Master and effectively use our digital tools.

• You have previous experience as a Store Manager in the retail sector.
• You are customer-oriented and service-driven.
• You are able to analyze data and monitor store KPIs.

• You have excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
• You are available to work on weekends and public holidays.
