Job Opportunity: Store Manager at PINKO Rome

PINKO, a prestigious Italian fashion brand, is seeking a Store Manager for its store located in Rome via Due Macelli. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving store results and performance.

They will organize and support the team to ensure high standards of customer service and will manage, train, and motivate the sales staff in various store activities. Additionally, they will oversee PR events in collaboration with the Retail Manager, manage customer relationships directly, and ensure the success of the loyalty process by supervising in-store CRM activities.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within structured environments in the women's clothing sector or related fields, characterized by assisted sales;
  2. A strong focus on achieving goals and excellent problem-solving skills;
  3. Competence in managing and planning store activities, from staff scheduling to performance monitoring;
  4. Dynamism, versatility, strong leadership, and a passion for sales and customer care;
  5. Ability to motivate and train the sales team;
  6. Knowledge of loyalty techniques and CRM systems;
  7. Excellent command of the English language.
