  • Own and drive all aspects of store performance - commercial, operational, and cultural
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team to deliver consistently exceptional client experiences
  • Champion CRM and clienteling - build and grow a loyal, high-value client base through personalised service
  • Maintain flawless operational excellence - from visual merchandising to stock control and team standards
  • Act as a true ambassador for the brand - living its values, heritage, and luxury codes daily
  • Foster a values-driven, inclusive store culture where every team member thrives

What You Bring :

  • 4+ years' leadership experience in luxury retail (Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
  • Proven ability to drive store performance and build customer loyalty through CRM / clienteling
  • Strong business acumen - confident interpreting KPIs and leading commercial strategy
  • A hands-on, present leader with a passion for team development and coaching
  • Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
  • Composed, confident, and inspiring in high-expectation environments
