    • 4+ years' leadership experience in luxury retail (Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up)
    • Proven ability to drive store performance and build customer loyalty through CRM / clienteling
    • Strong business acumen - confident interpreting KPIs and leading commercial strategy
    • A hands-on, present leader with a passion for team development and coaching
    • Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus
    • Composed, confident, and inspiring in high-expectation environments
