What does working at Action involve?
  • Collaborate with Assistant Store Managers to optimize sales and manage store personnel.
  • Monitor turnover, organize product placement on shelves to maximize sales, and handle orders and daily cash register closing.
  • Plan daily activities, support team development, and participate in the selection process.
  • Regularly discuss sales performance and management results with the Regional Manager.

  • Qualifications:
    • Degree or high school diploma
    • At least five years of retail experience, including two in a managerial role
    • Experience in performance evaluation and activity planning
    • Availability to work full-time in 5 or 6-day shifts from Monday to Sunday
    • Proactive, managerial approach, and team motivation skills
    • Alignment with Action's corporate culture: customer-oriented, respectful, team player, disciplined, simple, and environmentally conscious
    • Good command of English
    • Availability for an 8-week onboarding organized by Action in one of our stores
