We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager (f / m / d) to lead our store in Naples.

Role Overview

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing store performance by leading and motivating the team, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Service :

Lead the team to meet sales and service goals, communicate targets, and monitor performance.

  • Analyze KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive local marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of sales and service excellence, embodying The Leica Way.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and act as a role model.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Build and develop a commercial client list.
  • Stock Control, Systems, and Security :

Monitor product performance and stock levels.

  • Coordinate stock orders and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to cash, POS, and security procedures.
  • Maintain stockroom standards and prevent loss.
  • Store Operations :

Manage daily store operations in accordance with Leica policies.

  • Plan staff rotas, manage resources, and control expenses.
  • Lead team briefings, training, and task allocation.
  • Oversee store facilities and health and safety compliance.
  • People Management :

Motivate and lead a small team of 2-3 employees.

  • Ensure staff adherence to brand values, dress code, and standards.
  • Foster continuous learning and development within the team.

This role requires a proactive leader with excellent management skills, a passion for customer service, and deep product knowledge.
