Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in the Florence, Italy Metropolitan Area. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient store management practices. Key tasks include addressing customer concerns, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
