A leading company in Luxury Retail is seeking a Store Manager for its boutique in Capri. The candidate will represent the brand's philosophy, guiding the Client Advisors and ensuring high standards in customer service and sales performance. This role requires extensive retail experience, strong business acumen, and proficiency in management.

For the 2026 season, we are looking for a Store Manager in our boutique in Capri.
The Store Manager leads the Client Advisors to the acquisition of brand and product awareness, transmitting them the brand philosophy and core values.

Profile
For the role of Store Manager we are seeking a candidate with an experience of minimum 8 years in Retail and with at least 2 years gained in managerial roles (preferably in Luxury Retail).
To be successful in this role, it is absolutely essential that applicants possess the ability to demonstrate a strong business acumen and a solid understanding of both market and customers, together with a people management e development skill.
A very good knowledge of English is mandatory.
