Sephora Venezia Cannaregio is seeking a Store Manager to lead operational excellence, optimize customer experience, and drive sales targets in a dynamic luxury beauty environment in Venice, Italy. You will oversee staff, training, promotions and store budgets, ensuring standards and compliance across the store.

• Ability to lead operational excellence in stores, organize processes and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.
• Achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Analyze KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, AOV, units/transaction).
• Manage store staff planning, including internal and external hires.
• Coach and develop team, provide daily feedback and onboarding support.
• Coordinate promotions, events and new product launches.
• Oversee store costs, budget, and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure HR processes, payroll, administration and compliance in-store.
