A luxury brand in Milan is seeking an SDP Specialist to oversee maintenance activities for retail and wholesale operations. The role entails coordinating projects, managing budgets, and performing back-office activities using SAP. Ideal candidates should have a degree in Architecture and at least 4 years of experience in a similar retail position within luxury brands. Proficiency in various software tools and fluent English are required.

Overview

How will you make an impact?

The priorities and key responsibilities of the SDP Specialist are :

• Maintenance activities for retail and wholesale in direct cooperation with managers of the corresponding points of sales and head office teams
• Wholesale partners shops in shops development
• SDP administration&finance back-office activities using SAP (creating new suppliers’ account, creating PO, check and registering of invoices, budget monitoring under the control of the SDP manager)
• Coordinate the creation of project brief in coordination with office teams (Retail Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, …) and boutique management (if existing store)
• Support the validation of project with local management and HQ
• Set-up and follow local contracts (Contractors, Architect, Lease) hand in hand with SDP Manager and Legal dept
• Process purchase orders locally and follow-up budget with the support of regional store planer
• Take under control Capex and Opex budget
• Active support, contribution and coordination with the SDP Manager on all other projects

Qualifications

• Degreed in Architecture
• 4 years of experience in similar position in Retail Dept of Luxury brands
• Ability on problem solving, flexibility, capacity on managing technical matters, collaboration with other Depts and working in team
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD 2D / 3D, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator), Excel, Office package
