Job Opportunity

Located in the center of Milan, our K-Way store is seeking a Stockroom & Online Purchase Assistant with experience in logistics and e-commerce order management. The role involves managing stockroom operations, preparing and shipping online orders, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth merchandise flow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receiving goods, performing quality and quantity checks, and organizing storage.
2. Updating inventory data in the management system.
3. Preparing parcels for shipment and in-store pickup, with attention to online orders.
4. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory counts.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to fulfill item requests promptly.

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital tools and logistics management software.
• Previous experience in retail logistics or e-commerce roles.
• Strong organizational skills, precision, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Contract Details

Initial fixed-term, full-time position (40 hours/week). Immediate or short-term availability required.
