Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Stockroom & Online Purchase Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the operational management of our stockroom and all activities related to the preparation and shipping of online orders.

The selected candidate will work closely with our sales team to ensure an optimal flow of merchandise and provide precise and efficient service to our end customers.

Responsibilities :

  • Receiving incoming goods, performing quantity and quality checks, and organizing them in the appropriate storage areas.
  • Entering and updating data in the inventory management system.
  • Carefully preparing outgoing parcels for shipments and in-store pickups, with particular attention to online orders.
  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting periodic inventory counts.
  • Continuously collaborating with the sales team to promptly retrieve requested items.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian.
  • Knowledge of English language.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and logistics management software.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in structured retail environments or similar sectors.
