Position

We are seeking a Part-Time/Full-Time Stock Keeper to join our team at the Galleria Store in Milan.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring products are always available for our clients in a timely manner;
  2. Organize and maintain the stockroom, monitor product rotations, new arrivals, and updates, enabling the sales team to provide effective service;
  3. Handle product replenishment, stock activities, cyclic counts, inventories, and stockroom maintenance;
  4. Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the line manager;
  5. Manage customer repair requests, handle complaints, and ensure adherence to after-sales procedures;
  6. Support colleagues with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  1. Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  2. Strong product sensitivity and understanding of the luxury sector;
  3. Experience with RFID systems is highly valued;
  4. Digitally aware and open to new working methods.
