JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981 with a single store in northwest England, is now one of the leading Multi-Channel sportswear and outdoor fashion retailers in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores, caters to various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

As a member of the JD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer service every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, surpass sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

You will assist customers throughout all sales stages, from product selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;

Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;

Maintain sales standards consistently, including cleaning and organizing the store spaces when necessary;

Check stock levels on the sales floor, restocking as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Preferred experience in the retail sector;

Excellent communication skills and customer management;

Team-oriented with a good attention to detail.
