As a Statutory & Technical Analyst, you will be in charge of the Evolution and Maintenance of Centralized Parametric Systems and support and work with the team to perform the analysis and to design the application for Payroll & Post-Payroll Standard Solutions.
No two days are the same. You will be in charge of the Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Documentation on Legislative Parametrization of National Italian scope on Payroll & Post-Payroll areas. You will be also in charge of problem solving to Customer Service Technical teams on the above areas.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to know the Italian labor regulations, be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel, base user of planning & summarizing tools (MS Project & similar), know the English language and have at least 3 years of experience.
Nice to have would be the knowledge of Sipert Payroll & Post-Payroll, knowledge in programming and scripting languages such as Java and Cobol and in SQL language for Oracle database.
