JPMorganChase in Milano seeks an Associate Legal Entity Controller to ensure the integrity of financial statements and strengthen controls. You will support statutory reporting, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and audit readiness while partnering with stakeholders to enhance data quality.

The role involves close collaboration across teams, preparation of management information and dashboards, and participation in internal/external audits. Italian and English fluency are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience in legal entity controllership, statutory reporting, or external audit in financial services.
• Experience performing reconciliations and general ledger control processes.
• Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual statutory and corporate reporting for assigned legal entities.
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of monthly financial statements and close governance.
• Perform reconciliations, substantiation, and data quality reviews.
• Coordinate intercompany reporting and investigate balance sheet/P&L variances.
• Support income tax and local tax reporting with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare dashboards, board materials, and revenue analyses.
• Assist with audits and remediation of findings.
