Adecco Italia cerca un/una stagista come Addetto/a Selezione del Personale a Boltiere. Lo stagista collaborerà con il Manager del reclutamento in vari compiti, dall'accoglienza dei candidati alla gestione delle interviste, per un periodo di sei mesi. Questa è un'opportunità unica per acquisire esperienza pratica nel campo delle risorse umane.

• Interno nel settore Risorse Umane, con focus sulla selezione del personale.
• Capacità di gestire le comunicazioni con i candidati.
• Conoscenze pratiche di archiviazione documentale.

Stage Opportunity: Addetto/a Selezione del Personale

Adecco Boltiere is seeking a candidate to join their internal team as an intern in the role of Addetto/a Selezione del Personale.

Under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, the intern will handle all activities related to front and back office operations, including:

• Welcoming candidates
• Updating the database
• Managing interviews
• Document registration and archiving

Following guidance from their tutor, the intern will perform CV screening, identify client needs, define job profiles by drafting job descriptions, and select suitable candidates using available tools.

This internship lasts six months, starting on 16/06/2025.
