Job S.p.A., through its Milan Career Center, is seeking candidates for a role within a company operating in the residential construction sector.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Technical Office, focusing on construction site administration, working closely with the head of the technical office.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and manage suppliers
2. Manage and confirm orders
3. Support in handling building permits and administrative procedures
4. Prepare site documents in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:

• Diploma as a surveyor (geometra)
• Proactivity and precision
• Driving license B
• Good organizational and prioritization skills

Offer Details:

• 6-month internship with potential for permanent employment
• Monthly expense reimbursement of €600
• Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Workplace: Milan, Viale Monza area
