Job S.p.A., through its Milan Career Center, is seeking candidates for a role within a company operating in the residential construction sector.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the Technical Office, focusing on construction site administration, working closely with the head of the technical department.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and manage suppliers
2. Manage and confirm orders
3. Assist in handling building permits and procedures
4. Prepare site documents in compliance with safety regulations

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma as a surveyor (geometra)
• Proactive and precise approach
• Driving license B
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Offer Details:

• 6-month internship with potential for permanent employment
• Stipend of €600
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Location: Milan, Viale Monza area
