Gruppo Tecnologie d'Impresa, with over 300 staff, specializes in verifying Models and Management Systems for Companies and Public Administrations in fields such as Safety, Environment, Quality, Social Ethics, and Food Hygiene. The group employs highly qualified personnel, including engineers, doctors, chemists, physicists, and biologists, using advanced technologies, innovative research systems, and proprietary software. It also has a state-of-the-art chemical-physical analysis laboratory.

To expand its team, the company is seeking a Trade Marketing & Business Development intern for the Marketing & Commercial Team. This is a paid extracurricular internship lasting 6 months, with potential for subsequent employment.

The role includes activities such as:

1. Supporting the creation of company newsletters for clients and partners, defining content based on marketing and sales strategies aimed at product development. Tasks include layout, sending, and results analysis.
2. Assisting in creating targeted mailing lists to improve DEM targeting.
3. Collaborating on special promotional activities for clients based on sectors or opportunities like World Days.
4. Using the company LinkedIn channel to find prospects and maintain the company's brand reputation.
5. Supporting trade marketing activities during fairs, events, or special initiatives.

Specific requirements include:

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
• Passion for digital communication and interest in B2B environments.
• Good writing skills and sensitivity to company tone of voice.
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.) and Canva.
• Proactivity, accuracy, and eagerness to learn.

Ideal candidates should also possess interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, precision, attention to detail, and dynamism.

The internship will mainly take place at the company offices in Cabiate (CO) and Figino Serenza (CO).

Candidates must be autonomous in transportation and willing to occasionally visit other Group offices.
