STAGE SUPPORTO CONTABILE (ID-93228), Milan

Location: Milan, Italy

Type of Contract: Internship

Purpose: Support activities at a renowned accounting firm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the switchboard (incoming/outgoing calls)
2. Handle meeting room bookings and document archiving
3. Basic accounting management: prepare F24 forms, manage tax deadlines, handle deadlines for fiscal delegations, and electronic invoicing
4. Manage the Agency Revenue/Collection Agency website

Ideal Profile:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Team-oriented, precise, punctual
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Good communication skills over the phone with clients

Work Schedule and Regulations:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

€600
