Job Description:

Within the framework of strengthening its team of professionals, Havas Media Group is currently looking for a Strategy Assistant.

The candidate will join a team working on the agency's main clients and on significant marketing and communication consulting projects, with responsibilities including:

1. Defining and analyzing communication targets using qualitative and quantitative analysis tools to understand relevant consumer insights;
2. Analyzing market trends: sociocultural, economic, and related to specific client and prospect categories;
3. Supporting cross-sectional competitor analysis: media investments, sales, buzz monitoring, web, and social analytics;
4. Participating in research projects developed for agency clients, new business, or internal needs;
5. Creating reports and presentation documents.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent background;
• Academic approaches to defining marketing and communication strategies;
• Passion and skills for critical data analysis;
• Interest in advertising and digital media;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Organizational skills;
• Teamwork skills;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

Location: Milan

Working hours: Full-time
