Un'agenzia per il lavoro è alla ricerca di brillanti neo laureati per uno stage di 6 mesi in Sicurezza e Ambiente. Questa posizione coinvolge la gestione dei piani EHS, formazione e compliance con le normative. Laurea in un campo scientifico richiesta e conoscenze di MS Office necessari.

STAGE SICUREZZA E AMBIENTE

• Activities
• Track the implementation of EHS action plans (including general and specific risks evaluations) by elaborating and storing the related documentation
• Track all data related to accidents, near misses, unsafe situations on site
• Coordinate Behavioral Safety Observation activities with all site functions
• Manage induction training for new hires and update the EHS training tracking system
• Maintain all data in the EHS systems, performing risk assessments (e.g., Chemrade / Quentic)
• Update and ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and energy regulations and guidelines
• Assist the EHS Expert in deploying and tracking technical trainings via dedicated systems (e.g., MasterControl)
• Contribute to the operation of the Safety and Environmental Management System certified according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, following corporate standards
• Participate in EHS and Energy management at the corporate level, including factory audits
• Perform sampling and analysis of wastewater

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A university degree in a scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Health & Safety, Environment, or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and energy-saving regulations
• Excellent written and spoken Italian
• Fluent English skills
