Responsabilità:

• Contribuire alla gestione quotidiana del negozio e del magazzino garantendone la cura e l’ordine.
• Supporto al cliente nella vendita.
• Gestione ordini e spedizioni.
• Costruire e mantenere relazioni durature con i clienti, creando una clientela fidelizzata.
• Eseguire operazioni di cassa e gestire pagamenti e fatturazione in modo accurato.
• Gestire eventuali resi o scambi, assicurando la massima soddisfazione del cliente anche dopo l’acquisto.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza pregressa nella vendita al dettaglio (preferibile).
• Passione per le scarpe e la moda.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.
• Disponibilità a lavorare su turni part-time, incluso il sabato e festivi.
