You will oversee sales activities, manage staff performance, and develop effective sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve targets. This office-based role requires fluency in both English and Italian, alongside strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel.

Competenze

  • Perfect knowledge of Excel - Pivot tables and VLOOKUP mandatory.

Fueguia 1833 is a luxury fragrance brand that sets its origins in Patagonia but has an head office and production centre in Milan.
We are the only niche fragrance brand vertically integrated, everything is artisanally produced.

  • Supervise sales activities in order to meet sales target
  • Participate in the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales staff
  • Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints
  • Oversee the stocking and inventory of goods to ensure timely supply of order
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of company’s goals, vision, and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing
  • Collaborate with sales management to plan and develop effective sales strategies and to also set goals and targets
  • Perform administrative tasks filing, and inventory
  • Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
  • Assist sales managers in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings
  • Assist and Monitor the performance of sales staff to spot work areas that require improvement
  • Recommend and implement training programs for sales reps and team to improve their work efficiency
  • Dress up professionally according to company’s requirements
  • Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase
  • Ensure adherence to the work policies, ethics and regulations of a firm.
  • Produce weekly sales overview to be distrusted internally
  • Produce Power point presentation
  • Attend clients meeting abroad and withing the Italian territory
  • The position is fully office based in Milan
  • Great communication skills are required
  • Optimal problem solving attitude
  • Perfect knowledge of Excel – Pivot tables and Vlookup are mandatory
  • Good Experience with Power point
  • Any knowledge in programming would be a plus
  • Any past experience wit Salesforce would be a plus
  • Fluent/ Native English speaker (Mandatory)
  • Fluent/ Native Italian speaker (Mandatory)
  • EU Driving license B
  • Available to travel up to 30% of total working hours
