A leading diagnostic firm located in Milan is seeking a candidate to join their Sales & Marketing Team. The role focuses on supporting order acquisition, coordinating with various company functions to ensure compliance with customer requests, and providing post-sales support. Candidates should have a degree in Foreign Languages or Economics, excellent English skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position involves a 6-month internship with essential responsibilities linked to customer service and logistics.

Competenze

• Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of English required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Overview

Sentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of IVD Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Molecular Diagnostics, Chromatography and Rapid Test in order to join the Sales & Marketing Team is looking for :

Responsibilities

• Support to orders acquisition and processing according to agreed conditions of assigned clients
• Support to the coordination with other company functions to ensure compliance with customer requests (Planning, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, etc.)
• Support to orders preparation monitoring, ensuring timely completion
• Support to the preparation of all necessary shipment documents in coordination with Logistics and, later, support to shipment tracking
• Post-sales customer support
• Sales reports writing

Requirements

• Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics or similar
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Teamwork, flexibility, problem solving, autonomy, precision
• Internship period : 6 months

Location : Milan (MM1 Bisceglie)
