Role Description

As part of the JD team, you will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:
   • Assist customers at all stages of the sale, from selection to purchase, ensuring targets are met;
   • Provide alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels offered by the company, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction;
2. Visual Merchandising:
   • Assist in maintaining sales standards;
   • Check stock levels on the sales floor, replenish as necessary, to ensure a full range of sizes is available;

Requirements

• Preferably some experience in customer-facing activities outside of retail;
• Excellent communication skills and customer management abilities;
