Une entreprise de luxe à Milan recherche des jeunes diplômés pour un stage/apprentissage en vente et service client. Les candidats doivent avoir un bon sens esthétique, d'excellentes compétences en communication, et être disponibles pour travailler en horaires décalés. Une formation sera fournie, et la rémunération dépendra des compétences du candidat.

In 1990, D. Antonioli opened his first store in Milan under the original name DMAGAZINEoutlet on via Montenapoleone 26, one of the most famous shopping streets in the world.

The success was immediate, and DMAGAZINE outlet became one of Milan's top multi-brand shopping experiences, housing nearly 3,000 national and international brands across three different Milanese locations. Where trendy meets classic, customers enjoy creating their style by mixing Italian luxury brands with emerging designers from around the world. Its success has been widely recognized by local fashion enthusiasts and international visitors alike.

In 2004, DMAGAZINEoutlet expanded its physical stores to Via Forcella 13, a renowned area in the fashion industry. It continued to grow, opening a larger store on via Bigli 4 in 2008. That same year, DMAGAZINEoutlet was recognized by Forbes as one of the “World's Best Outlet Stores”. In 2012, DMAGAZINEoutlet moved from Montenapoleone 26 to via Manzoni 44, one of Milan's most culturally significant streets.

In September 2016, DMAGAZINEoutlet evolved into DMAG.

Candidate Requirements:

• High personal standing
• Strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Good knowledge of English (knowledge of Chinese and Russian is a plus)

Flexibility and availability to work weekends and shifts until stores close are required. The work schedule is 40 hours per week (8 hours daily from 10:00 to 19:30 with a break), primarily with days off during the week.

The internship reimbursement depends on the candidate's preparation and will be discussed during the interview. The apprenticeship follows the rules of the national CCNL commerce contract.

We are seeking young, dynamic high school graduates aged 19-25 to join our stores in central Milan, interested in a training path through internship and/or apprenticeship in sales and customer service within the luxury retail sector. Please specify your date of birth.

For non-EU candidates, a valid residence permit authorizing 40 hours of work per week is required (permits for study are not accepted).

Candidates must not have previous employment under the CCNL commerce at level 5.
