Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn individual, willing to work in an international environment, to join us for a Stage Sales and Business Analyst Support role.

The internship will focus on supporting sales managers with market and sales process analysis to enhance the effectiveness of sales teams and strengthen positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Support market analysis
2. Conduct analysis of internal sales processes and external sales activities to implement improvements and increase sales efficiency
3. Support market research and business intelligence activities
4. Assist in defining specific reports on market and sales trends
5. Prepare slides for sharing new processes within the sales network

Qualifications:

1. University degree or equivalent, preferably in data analytics, statistics, or related fields
2. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal
3. Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proactive and positive attitude
