To be associated to interns.

Havas CX, per ampliamento del proprio organico ricerca un/una Project Manager Assistant da inserire nel proprio team.

La risorsa inserita si interfaccerà con le diverse Business Unit del gruppo e, supportando il team di lavoro, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

• Gestione di progetti digitali complessi (sito web, sviluppo di funzioni dispositive in Area Clienti, applicazione mobile) dedicati al cliente finale;

• Gestione di progetti di experience e service design (Content, User Research, Concept e Design) e di test front end;

• Disegno dei customer journey e raccolta dei requisiti;

• Pianificazione, controllo e monitoraggio dei progetti;

• Verifica e sviluppo della soddisfazione del cliente.

Si richiede:

• Diploma di laurea in ambito marketing

• ·Esperienza, anche breve, maturata nel ruolo preferibilmente presso agenzie di comunicazione

• Competenze di project management, storyboarding, user interface design, user centered design, user experience design, wireframes

• Conoscenza della suite di Adobe

• Conoscenza di sistemi di CMS

Completano il profilo proattività, ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative, predisposizione al lavoro di squadra, capacità di lavoro in autonomia e per priorità e buone capacità organizzative.

Orario di lavoro: Full-time

Sede di lavoro: Milano + smart working per 2 giorni a settimana

Si offre inserimento in stage di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga. Previsti rimborso spese e buoni pasto:

· 6 mesi 500€ + buoni pasto

· 6 mesi 800€ + buoni pasto

I 12 mesi sono percorsi pensati per dare formazione completa per raggiungimento autonomia alle risorse inserite, necessarie per poter valutare eventuale inserimento a contratto al termine dello stage.
