??? Guest Reception and Assistance

* Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm greeting.
* Handle check-in and check-out procedures, verifying reservations and providing information about the hotel.
* Respond to questions and requests, both in person and via phone or email.

?? Reservation and Communication Management

* Make and confirm reservations, both by phone and online.
* Sort incoming phone calls, emails, and mail, forwarding them to the appropriate departments.
* Provide information about internal and external services, such as restaurants, transportation, and local attractions.

?? Required Skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of foreign languages, especially English.
* Computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
* Problem-solving abilities and emergency management skills.
