Position Snapshot :

Position Description :

Join our IT Platform Support team to provide technical and operational support for IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. This internship offers stimulating activities and technical challenges for professional and personal growth.

We seek someone interested in operating systems, networks, software, and hardware to support users and collaborate with the team. You will also engage in continuous learning about the company's IT products, services, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and implement computer networks in collaboration with global teams.
2. Participate in innovative projects to develop new technologies and support systems.
3. Support application installation and configuration on on-premises and cloud servers.
4. Test and deploy updates and patches to ensure infrastructure security and currency.
5. Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat.
6. Identify and resolve IT issues efficiently.
7. Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, monitor progress.
8. Collaborate with local and international IT teams for effective problem resolution.
9. Stay updated on IT products, services, and systems through training.
10. Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

• Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).
