Position Snapshot :

  • Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and databases
  • Compensation: €900/month; includes meal allowance, gym access, and laptop
  • Good command of written and spoken English (level B1/B2)
  • Full-time internship (6 months)
  • Start Date: March 2025

Position Description :

Join our IT Platform Support team to provide technical and operational support for our IT infrastructure, including servers and networks. This internship offers engaging activities and technical challenges to foster your professional and personal growth.

We seek candidates with interest and basic familiarity with operating systems, networks, software, and hardware to assist in user support and team collaboration. You will also participate in ongoing learning about our IT products, services, and systems.

A Day in the Life of an IT Platform Support Intern…

  1. Configure and implement computer networks by working with global teams to ensure connectivity and security.
  2. Participate in innovative projects to develop new technologies and support systems, collaborating with the Global IT Hub.
  3. Assist in installing and configuring applications on on-premises and cloud servers, ensuring security compliance.
  4. Support testing and deployment of updates and patches on servers and switches to keep the infrastructure secure and up-to-date.
  5. Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently.
  6. Identify and resolve IT problems using technical and logical skills.
  7. Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, monitoring progress.
  8. Collaborate with local and international IT teams for effective problem resolution.
  9. Stay updated on IT products, services, and systems through training and workshops.
  10. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness of the IT team.

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems, software, and hardware
  • Familiarity with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate
  • Native Italian speaker with good command of English
