Nestlé Italy is seeking an IT Platform Support Intern for a full-time 6-month internship at their Assago HQ. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, contribute to innovative projects, and learn about IT products and services while gaining practical experience in a collaborative environment. Position Snapshot :

  • Compensation : €900 / month; includes meal allowance, gym access, and laptop
  • Good command of written and spoken English (level B1 / B2)
  • Full-time internship (6 months)
  • Start Date : March 2025

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of IT Platform Support? Join our team that provides technical and operational support for IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.

This internship offers stimulating activities and technical challenges that will help you grow professionally and personally.

We seek someone interested and with basic familiarity with operating systems, networks, software, and hardware to support users and collaborate with the team.

You will also continuously learn about the company's IT products, services, and systems.

A Day in the Life of an IT Platform Support Intern…

  1. Configure and implement computer networks by working with global teams to ensure connectivity and communication between devices and systems.
  2. Participate in innovative projects supporting the development of new technologies and systems, collaborating with the Global IT Hub.
  3. Assist in installing and configuring applications on on-premises and cloud servers, ensuring security compliance.
  4. Test and deploy updates and patches on servers and switches to keep the IT infrastructure secure and up-to-date.
  5. Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently.
  6. Identify and resolve IT problems using technical and logical skills.
  7. Document interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system, monitoring progress.
  8. Collaborate with local and international IT teams for effective problem resolution.
  9. Stay updated on IT products, services, and systems through training and workshops.
  10. Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness of the IT team.
