Job Description:

Activities

• Support the development of specific KPI in Operation Support Department
• Support for daily, weekly, monthly metrics
• Support the process mapping and identification of improvement possibilities in Operations
• Support the data analysis and reporting activities
• Standard work creation for Process Orders’ closure

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master Degree in scientific discipline (i.e. Chemistry, CTF, Chemical Engineering or equivalent)
• Fluent in English
• Strong skills of ownership and accountability
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision making
• Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
• Knowledge of MS Office software
