A leading retail company is seeking to expand its HR team in Biella, Italy. The successful candidate will manage HR responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, selection, training, and safety protocols. In Primark, at the center of all processes, are our people: the Human Resources function is called "People and Culture" and is present in all our stores.
Would you like to become part of the HR team in a dynamic, international, and constantly growing company?
Primark is expanding throughout Italy, and we are building the People & Culture teams for our stores!
You will learn from colleagues and gain experience by tackling challenges related to managing Human Resources in a store with at least 200 employees.
This highly formative experience will allow you to acquire knowledge in Human Resources and have the opportunity to interact with many other functions for real growth and orientation opportunities.
Working alongside the Store P&C Business Partner and colleagues, you will be responsible for:
Administration: attendance entry, shift changes, sick leave, holidays, payroll management;
Organization: understanding the logic behind work scheduling, supporting Managers in creating schedules based on commercial commitments, organizing holiday plans;
Selection: posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting interviews for sales assistant positions at the reference store;
Training: onboarding of new colleagues, induction processes, and development plans;
Safety: organizing mandatory training for store staff, reporting, PPE, emergency plans.

If you possess the following requirements:
• Degree in Economics/Legal/Humanities or a Master in Management/Human Resources;
• Positive attitude;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Learning ability;
• Teamwork predisposition;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday (five working days).
