Adecco Italia Spa is seeking a resource for an internship as an HR Generalist (L.68/99) for an important company operating in the furniture and DIY sector.

Activities

1. Fill out and update internal management tools with employee data, prepare company documents, and maintain archives in compliance with regulations;
2. Support the HR team in all internal processes related to the employee lifecycle;
3. Participate in recruitment processes;
4. Prepare and manage HR documents;
5. Update and provide reports, analyses, and presentations;
6. Monitor and manage mandatory staff training and health surveillance;
7. Support professional training initiatives;

Profile Description

• Graduated in Economics, Human Resources Management, Management Engineering, or related humanistic/scientific fields;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; positive and flexible attitude; attention to detail; proactive;
• Passionate about human resources;
• Ability to manage priorities and multitask;
• Legally eligible under Law 68/99, Article 1.

Offer

• 6-month internship program, with potential for employment after completion;
• Monthly stipend of €800;
• The internship will be from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 35 hours per week;
