Adecco Italia SpA is seeking a motivated intern to join the Permanent Division, contributing effectively to the company's development plans.

The selected candidate will work in a stimulating, innovative environment and will have the opportunity to collaborate with senior colleagues throughout their learning journey.

They will assist a dedicated Senior Consultant in Search and Selection of specialized profiles for the Alto Vicentino area, supporting all activities related to Delivery and Business Development. The training and mentorship program, under the constant guidance of the Consultant, will include:

1. Analysis of the company context and needs;
2. Study and definition of professional profiles and drafting of job descriptions;
3. Design and planning of the recruitment process;
4. Activation of online and offline recruitment channels, networking, LinkedIn hunting with Recruiter profile;
5. Development of a candidate and stakeholder network to facilitate recruitment;
6. Assistance during selection activities: CV screening, structured interviews, questionnaire administration, candidate dossier preparation;
7. Candidate marketing activities.

We are looking to connect with young potential candidates who have:

• A master's degree in Psychology;
• An interest in Human Resources;
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick learning ability;
• Familiarity with main IT tools;
• Outgoing, proactive, and determined personality.

Work location: Vicenza.

We offer a paid internship with full-time availability.
