Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking an intern to join the reception team at NH Ancona.

The selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:

1. Welcoming guests;
2. Informing guests about the hotel features and services (and selling them!);
3. Managing check-in, check-out, and guest stay;
4. Monitoring all guest expenses related to accommodation, consumption, phone, and hotel services;
5. Continuing the work of the previous shift to ensure ongoing service quality;

Under the guidance of a tutor, the intern will also observe back-office management.

The ideal candidate is customer-oriented with strong empathy, able to work in a team, flexible, and possess problem-solving skills. Good motivation and a willingness to learn are considered valuable assets.
