Who We Are Looking For

We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to be included in F&A Controlling Area, based in Padova HQ. The resource will be inserted for a 6 months internship and exposed to the key dynamics of the eyewear industry, with the unmatched opportunity to support, develop and practice Business Analysis and Controlling.

During your internship period, these will be your key responsibilities:

• Support the main activities of the Brand Financial Controller;
• Update, maintain and develop periodic analysis on Brand, Market and Product Sell in Performance;
• Update, maintain and develop periodic analysis on Distribution by Brand and Market;
• Update, maintain and develop periodic analysis on Price Positioning;
• Perform Profitability Analysis by Market/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas of improvement;
• Understand and track P&L actuals, highlighting main deviations across Sales/Cogs/Marketing Investments;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a multinational organization and key processes;
• Get in touch with other functions (Marketing, Sales, Product Development) regarding financial and accounting matters;
• Support the Finance & Controlling Manager and executives with ad-hoc analysis.

You Are The Person We Are Looking For If

• You have a university degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, Management engineering, Statistics;
• You are fluent in English;
• You have excellent skills in Excel;
• You have an analytical mindset and you are ready to deal with big dataset analysis;
• You are precise and detail oriented;
• You are a strong team player able to deliver objectives and work under tight deadlines;
• You are open to learn, problem solver, proactive with a can-do attitude
