Stage Designer

We are a new bridal/evening dress brand located in Paris, and we are looking for a wedding dress and cocktail dress designer for our new atelier in Milano, Italy.

If you are interested, please contact us. We are seeking a talented and fashion-savvy Cocktail Dress / Evening Dress Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of style, an understanding of garment construction, and a flair for designing elegant, modern, and marketable cocktail dresses. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing collections, selecting materials, sketching designs, and overseeing the production process to bring your creations to life.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize collections and create innovative designs for cocktail and evening dresses.
2. Select materials and oversee the production process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timelines and ensure quality.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in women's evening wear or cocktail dress design preferred.
• Strong sketching and illustration skills (hand and/or digital).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, draping, and fabric behavior.
• A keen eye for elegance, fit, and detail.
• Ability to manage timelines and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A well-curated portfolio showcasing cocktail/evening wear designs is required.
