Une entreprise alimentaire de renommée mondiale recherche un stagiaire en ingénierie de gestion pour soutenir son équipe de chaîne d'approvisionnement. Ce stage de 6 mois implique l'optimisation des processus d'approvisionnement, le développement d'outils analytiques et la collaboration avec différents départements. Idéal pour les étudiants ou diplômés en gestion, ce rôle offre une expérience précieuse dans un environnement dynamique et inclusif.

Competenze

• Qualifications au niveau universitaire en ingénierie de gestion.
• Théorie sur les processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

Mansioni

• Soutenir l'approvisionnement des produits pour maintenir le stock optimal.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
• Développer des outils analytiques et de reporting.

Position Snapshot

• Undergraduates or graduates in Management engineering or equivalent. Theoretical knowledge (university level) about Planning and key DSP, Supply Chain processes, objectives and methodologies
• Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities
• Full-time internship (6 months)

Main Purpose of the Job
As support of DSP team and belong to Nutrition & NHS Categories, main goals of the role are:

Support the replenishment of products to the main warehouse with the objective to maintain the optimal stock cover level with a high freshness to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost.

Contribute implementation and improvement of inter-functional supply chain processes with the objective of reducing total delivered costs.

Develop automation reporting and analytical tools in Demand & Supply area.

Collaboration with the category DSP teams in the day-to-day ensuring Demand & Supply KPi targets and priorities.

Key Outputs / Deliverables

• Analyze and evaluate supply plan, agree with DSP team the best supply profile
• Integrate/automate processes with Information System applications (SAP) to reduce manual activities and improve automatism
• Facilitate processes improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: time saving, increased efficiencies, etc.);

• Customer service, Warehouse, Logistics and Transport

• Demand and IMS planners in the Markets

• Strong knowledge of Excel, Power bi (SAP is a plus)

• Strong communication and relational skills

• Skills in influencing others and communication

• Collaborate proactively with innovative and constructive approach

• Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis

• Fluent English and Italian
