This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, organised, and driven individual with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for fashion, beauty, and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of the agency across all platforms
• Create and refine presentations, visual decks, and branded content
• Lead and execute social media direction and storytelling
• Collaborate with agents, photographers, and talent to curate compelling content
• Work across Men’s, Women’s, and Talent divisions to ensure consistent and elevated presentations

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Strong background or studies in graphic design, communication, or art direction
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Experience with social media platforms and digital communication
• A sharp eye for fashion aesthetics, detail, and brand positioning
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude
• Ideally 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or strong internships in relevant environments
