Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leader in the Fashion Retail sector, is seeking a candidate for an internship at a prestigious store in Ragusa within the C.C. Le Masserie. The role involves supporting sales activities.

Mission of the Position

The selected candidate will undergo training to assist the store in customer service and guidance during purchase decisions, employing sales techniques and product knowledge to foster customer loyalty and ensure a high-quality shopping experience, in line with company policies.

Main Activities

  • Ensure compliance with the company's commercial policies
  • Maximize customer satisfaction
  • Greet, assist, and advise customers during sales, understanding their needs and maintaining service quality, utilizing suggestive and cross-selling techniques
  • Manage sales processes, present product features and promotions
  • Provide accurate product information to customers
  • Maintain order in products and stock
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements
