HAVAS PR Milan, part of the HAVAS group, seeks a resource for corporate and institutional communication support with a focus on PR activities for non-profit projects. Responsibilities include press office, social content, media relations, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

The internship is 6 months with potential extension for another 6 months. Work location is Milan with 2 days of smart working per week, full-time hours, and a gross expense reimbursement of €500 plus €140 meal

Competenze

• Degree (current or recent) in Communication, Public Relations, Political Science, Cooperation or similar.
• Knowledge of the Office package.
• Knowledge of main social platforms (LinkedIn).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Attitude to teamwork and listening.

• Excellent writing skills.

Mansioni

• Support press office activities: draft and send press releases, follow-ups, and media lists; press reviews; knowledge of English press office materials.
• Manage social channels including LinkedIn and editorial planning.
• Handle media relations: contact journalists, attend meetings and events, support press conferences and multi-stakeholder events.
• Autonomous tasks with supervision: reporting (also in English), update files, meeting and call reports, shipments and sending materials to the press.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with different agency and Group teams.
• Maintain relationships with media and stakeholders.

Job Description:

To be associated to interns. HAVAS PR Milan, a communication agency of the HAVAS group, is looking for a resource to be included in its staff to strengthen its team. The inserted resource will support the work team for corporate and institutional communication on various projects, with a particular focus on PR activities related to non-profit projects. The inserted resource will support the team in press office activities, digital PR and integrated communication, and more specifically will deal with:

• Press Office: Writing and sending press releases and follow-ups, drafting communication materials, updating media lists and contact research, press review activities. The press office activity is also in English;
• Social: LinkedIn channel management and editorial plan drafting;
• Media relations: contact with journalists, ability to relate by phone and in person at meetings and events, building first relationships with key journalists. Participation in the organization of press conferences and multi-stakeholder events;
• Areas of autonomous intervention with supervision: reporting (also in English), update files, meeting and call reports, shipments and sending materials to the press, dissemination of invitations and PR materials to media lists;
• Cross-functional collaboration with different agency and Group teams;
• Relationships with relevant media and stakeholders;
• Relationships with national and international clients and management of assigned tasks.
